Felicity was born and bred in Ballarat, Victoria. She has worked in Health and Fitness for over 13 years and more specifically exercise rehabilitation. Some of her experiences have been working at football clubs as a sports trainer dealing with sports injuries, developing health and wellness programs for corporate businesses, facilitating and coordinating Pilates programs for numerous Secondary schools including a permanent position taking Pilates for a private girl’s college as part of their physical education program, pre-season Pilates programs for state level rowing squads, football umpires and various football clubs. She has a keen interest to learn off other allied health professionals and has had experience with Exercise Physiologists, Hydrotherapy, Physiotherapists, Pilates Instructors and Personal Trainers. Felicity has worked in Byron Bay teaching Rehabilitative exercise at Byron Bay Pilates and Physiotherapy alongside well-respected Physiotherapists and Pilates Instructors, and as an Osteopath at Byron Central Osteopathy & Sports Injury Clinic. She also worked as an Osteopath at the Gold Coast for Associated Medical Clinics (AMC).
As an Osteopath she likes to thoroughly get to the primary cause of the patient’s complaint and strive to get them back to optimum health as quickly as possible. Felicity has a strong focus on short and long-term management of the patient by using multiple avenues such as Osteopathic hands on therapy, preventative exercise and rehabilitation. Felicity is a firm believer in an integrative approach to health.
